Some of the side effects discussed include aching joints and/or muscles, constipation, coughing, diarrhea, fatigue, loss of appetite, hair loss, low blood cell count, memory and/or thinking changes, mouth sores, nausea/vomiting, nerve pain/numbness, shortness of breath, skin reaction, throat soreness, and trouble sleeping.
